Kundalini Dance is an ecstatic embodiment practice for women and men of all ages and fitness levels.
The requirement for anyone who is engaging in the practice is to have a deep desire for spiritual connection and personal transformation. If that soul longing for freedom is present, the keys that will be shared with you through this practice will have life changing results.

She is pure, fluid joy arising from deep within your core. She is the holy fire that cleanses emotional blockages, inspiring us to feel and be present with what is real. She is the power of radical acceptance and self-love.
Kundalini DancE
We can feel the universal energies of the Divine Masculine as the light of pure consciousness, a clear crystalline presence that brings clarity of mind, mental focus and higher consciousness. “He” is the sacred geometrical lattice of universal mind.
He is the guiding force that inspires us to think higher positive thoughts that are based in creative thinking and action. He is the source of divine healing intelligence recalibrating our cellular molecular structure our DNA into alignment with creation.
The Divine Feminine she cleans out the old and the Divine Masculine brings in the new, this is the alchemy of the two. When the divine male and female polarities merge within us, this creates a union of opposites and one enters into the subtle realms of “the gold”, where all is silent, where all is light.

Week 1
ROOT CHAKRA ALCHEMY – AWAKEN TRUST
- We are collectively evolving out of old forms in many root chakra areas – community, home, family, work, money. Our work with the root chakra will support you to focus your highest vision for the highest possibilities of life in these areas.
- Receive the gift of being able to recognise and open to unconditional support, love, and nurturing from the feminine principle and the earth, Pachamama.
Week 2
SACRAL CHAKRA ALCHEMY – AWAKEN CREATIVITY
- The sacral chakra primarily governs our sensual energy, our vital life force, and is our inner wellspring of creativity. We will explore our sexuality as a creative evolutionary impulse that transforms and awakens consciousness. We will explore the energetics of tantric sexuality.
- For women, working with the sacral chakra takes us into the experience of our womb as the keeper of divine feminine wisdom or Shakti. Here lies the seed of our life purpose – our greatest gift that awaits germination.
- Men access the divine feminine through the sacral chakra and the Hara, the power centre in the lower belly. You will learn ways to self-generate Shakti and access her potent evolutionary energy to cause a breakthrough in your life.

Week 4
HEART CHAKRA ALCHEMY
- The Heart Chakra is the master key to all personal transformation and healing. The unconditional love of the heart center transforms all past wounds of love, through the heart we generate the healing qualities of self-love, compassion, and higher wisdom.
- Learn alchemy keys to heal your heart and open to receive both human and divine love.
Week 5
THROAT CHAKRA ALCHEMY
- Awakening Authentic Expression and Reclaiming your Voice.
- Ecstatically awakening the throat chakra enhances our capacities for authentic self-expression and conscious speech and activates courage, confidence, and deep self-acceptance.
- Engage in processes to shift the patterns that hold us back from being more fully creatively self-expressed, like self–judgment, fear of rejection, and self-doubt.
Week 6
THIRD EYE ALCHEMY
Awakening Intuition/ Manifest Highest Vision
- The third eye is the centre of our higher mind, as we activate the third eye we activate states of higher consciousness and clarity of vision and purpose.
- Learn alchemy keys for activating the pineal gland and developing intuitive capacities.
- Learn the process of manifesting your highest vision and grounding it into your life.
Week 7
CROWN CHAKRA ALCHEMY
Awakening Co-creativity with Life
- Our exploration of the crown chakra involves the initiation of the Hieros Gamos, the sacred marriage of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within us. Their union within feels like pure, cellular, ecstatic bliss and lifts our vibration as one with creation.
- Discover how to become a co-creator with God and embody the divine masculine bringing the clarity of consciousness and divine insight, and strengthen your faith in the goodness of life.
It is here in this ecstatic field of silence, that we can get in touch with the field of pure potentiality where the creative seed of the highest potentials of our souls can be imagined, birthed and grounded into our lives. The dancer is opened to deeper connection with the highest possibility of life, love and community.
In 2013 Patricia was introduced to Kundalini Dance under the tuition of Leyolah Antara, the founder of Kundalini Dance. At the time of her immersion into this powerful tantric shamanic practice, Patricia had an amazing ‘awakening’ that has led her to dedicate herself fully to this work… with her tweak.
Patricia is known to be a powerhouse, the real deal! Deep, Fierce, Authentic, and Wild but yet graceful and compassionate. Filled with life force. She is a very sensual temple dance healer who deeply embodies the juicy fiery Shakti that is at the core of Kundalini Dance.
Patricia has the gifts and skills, the personal experiences, and the intuition and dedication to teach women and men how to reconnect with their sensuality, inner wisdom, and divinity through the power of Kundalini Dance.

I found Kundalini Dance with Patricia to be so incredibly worthwhile, she gives so much of herself and her energy in a way that very few facilitators do. She is in there with the dances, moving, shaking, releasing, guiding and inspiring. The actual Kundalini Dance I found to be an amazing practice that gives responsibility to the dancer for keeping their temple clear and clean, and I can see that as a regular practice it would be very useful tool for continued personal growth and transformation.
