About The Events

Join us for a powerful day of ceremony, purification, transformation, and activation.
 
We shall start the afternoon with a Cacao Ceremony. Mother Cacao can deepen awareness of our connection to the earth and the cosmos when used as ancient plant medicine and a wise teacher in inner work.
 
Cacao is known to open and allow access to our heart center, where our connection to self and spirit resides. It can also elevate our energy and overall vibration. It can bring awareness and healing to emotional wounds.
 
After our cacao ceremony, you will be guided by my voice and Bashir’s sacred clear quartz didgeridoo into your Heart’s Temple.
 
By using a powerful transformative circular breathing technique in conjunction with elevated music, you can move beyond the ego long enough to reach your core self and engage in a highly intuitive connection to your inner healer. This inner place of wisdom has all the solutions, guidance, and answers that can not be found anywhere else but within ourselves.
 
In this expanded state, you will breathe until you are surprised. Allowing your breath to move beyond the ego long enough to reach your core self and engage in a highly intuitive connection to your inner healer. At the end of the journey you will return to your body assisted by a soundscape experience to open and connect with your original blueprint, recalibrating, aligning, igniting and awakening to your unique soul essence. These sounds and light vibrations are key codes to spark new life in your DNA, a love consciousness.
 
This is a journey dedicated to the heart. Entering the heart is the space for growth. For it holds all the wisdom of the stars and the Akashic memories that you made. In your heart lies all the knowledge you need to know to survive.
 
The heart holds everything you need to evolve into another level of consciousness.
It is time to remember that you are more than just a human being, much more. For within your heart is a sacred place where the world can be remade through conscious concretion.

 

*** Please note that cacao is contraindicated if you have a heart condition (properties of cacao increases your heart rate) and / or are currently taking anti-depressant or/and anti-psychotic medication. It will give you massive migraine and nausea. You’re still welcome to come and enjoy the breath work though! If you have any concerns or questions please contact me personally.**

What to Expect

After a brief explanation about the process and some grounding exercises, we breathe until we are surprised. After our breath journey, we do artwork and connect with our tribe to share and integrate our experience.

What to Bring

Please remember that it is of the utmost importance that you take care of your body, respect your needs and be comfortable. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Dress in light layers. Please bring the following: a bottle of water, snacks, a yoga mat, a pillow and blanket, a blindfold, a journal, an open mind, and an open heart.
