A Descent. A Release. A Reclamation.
There comes a moment in a woman’s life when she realises she cannot keep carrying what was never hers.
The grief.
The shame.
The ancestral patterns.
The identities she wore to survive.
This ceremony was born from that moment.
Over the past year, I walked through my own initiation. I shed old identities, old relational patterns, and old ways of abandoning myself. I descended into my history — personal and ancestral — and made a conscious decision: the cycle ends with me.
Through deep prayer, dreamwork, communion with the elements, animals, and God, I was remembered something powerful:
The womb is not just a place of trauma.
It is an archive.
A living memory field.
And it is ready to be cleared — and reclaimed.
She Who Remembers is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
A woman’s womb carries:
Emotional imprints
Sexual history
Grief and heartbreak
Miscarriage or abortion
Suppressed creativity
Ancestral pain passed down the maternal line
Identities formed through survival
When these memories are not processed, they become patterns. When they are acknowledged, released, & alchemised they become power.
Womb healing is not only personal.
When one woman clears her womb, she shifts the lineage behind her and the generations ahead.
This is about ending cycles consciously.
This is about becoming the woman who does not repeat what hurt her.
This is not a women’s circle. This is sacred ground.
We enter through prayer and intention, guided by God, the Earth, the elements, the wisdom of animals, and the support of the ancestors who walk in love.
Through drum journeying, breath, somatic release, ritual, and the 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki (The Rite of the Womb), we:
Journey into the womb as a living archive
Identify what has been stored too long
Release stagnant emotional and ancestral imprints
Cut cords to past lovers & inherited trauma
Restore sovereignty to the pelvic bowl
Anchor a new identity rooted in truth and self-respect
You will descend into your inner underworld — not to get lost — but to retrieve yourself.
This ceremony is not only about clearing the past.
It is about who you choose to become.
After release comes reclamation.
After descent comes embodiment.
You will be guided to declare — in your body and out loud — the woman you are now choosing to be.
Not the wounded girl.
Not the abandoned lover.
Not the silent one.
But the sovereign woman who remembers her worth.
