Awaken your Inner Wisdom with a transformational journey into yourself with the healing power of your breath.
The breath is the doorway to unlock the subconscious. Giving you the key to release any blocks, emotions, and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck in your life.
By using our breath in a powerful and transformative way, we are able to move beyond the ego long enough to reach our core self and engage in a highly intuitive connection to our inner teacher, our higher self also known as our Wisdom Keeper.
In this 3 hour workshop, you will be guided on a breathing experience that will deepen your connection to yourself and allow you to connect back to more passion, joy, and love in your life.

What is Shamanic Breathwork?
Shamanic Breathwork® is a powerful process of transformation. Using a connected, circular breathing technique in conjunction with ecstatic chakra attuned music, the Shamanic Breathwork® Process safely guides individuals into altered states of consciousness.

We shall gather at 3.00 pm to settle in space. After a brief explanation about the process and some grounding exercises, we breathe until we are surprised. After our breath journey, we do artwork and connect with our tribe to share and integrate our experience.
You will be ready to leave at 6.00 pm.
Please remember that it is of the utmost important that you take care of your body, respect your needs and be comfortable. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Dress in light layers. Please bring the following: a bottle of water, snacks, a yoga mat, a pillow and blanket, a blindfold, a journal, an open mind and an open heart. Also bring a light snack to help you ground when you return from your journey.
