About The Events

Join us for a transformative and uplifting experience filled with ceremony, purification, and personal growth.

We begin the afternoon with a Cacao Ceremony, where we connect with the spirit of Mother Cacao, a powerful plant medicine, and wise teacher. Cacao deepens our awareness of our connection to the earth and the cosmos, opening our heart center and fostering a stronger relationship with ourselves and the spiritual realm. It elevates our energy and overall vibration and brings healing to emotional wounds.

Following the cacao ceremony, you’ll embark on a unique journey guided by my voice alongside “Sunbird Sound” (Aka MaRz StaRz – former member of “Lubdub” and co-founder of “Akuandub” Band).

Together, we’ll enter the sacred space of your Heart’s Temple, where Sunbird will create a captivating “Lively Tribal Ethic Dub” set, providing an immersive musical experience that will enhance your Breathwork journey.

Through a transformative circular breathing technique and elevated music, you’ll transcend the limitations of the ego, revealing your core self and igniting an intuitive connection to your inner healer. Within this inner sanctuary of wisdom, you’ll discover solutions, guidance, and answers that can only be found within yourself.

As the journey nears its end, Sunbird will create a soundscape experience designed to open and connect with your original blueprint. This will re-calibrate, align, ignite, and awaken your unique soul’s essence. The harmonious sounds and gentle vibrations are like codes that spark new life in your DNA, fostering a state of love consciousness.

This journey is dedicated to the heart, which holds the space for profound growth. Within your heart lies the wisdom of the stars and the infinite knowledge of your Akashic records.
Join us and embark on this extraordinary adventure of self-discovery and transformation.

*** Please note that cacao is contraindicated if you have a heart condition (properties of cacao increases your heart rate) and / or are currently taking anti-depressant or/and anti-psychotic medication. It will give you massive migraine and nausea. You’re still welcome to come and enjoy the breath work though! If you have any concerns or questions please contact me personally.**

What is Shamanic Breathwork?

Shamanic Breathwork® is a powerful process of transformation. Using a connected, circular breathing technique in conjunction with ecstatic chakra attuned music, the Shamanic Breathwork® Process safely guides individuals into altered states of consciousness.

In these altered states individuals can:

  • Awaken and activate their Kundalini Life Force Energy
  • Remember Past Lives
  • Journey into the Future
  • Embody Archetypal energies and connect with the Archetypal World
  • Rewire Old Programming
  • Shape-Shift and Accelerate Consciousness
  • Raise their vibration

The Shamanic Breathwork Process is a soul-guided experiential process; it’s the vehicle in which we connect to our Soul’s innate wisdom and remember who it is we came here to be.

After a brief explanation about the process and some grounding exercises, we breathe until we are surprised. After our breath journey, we do artwork and connect with our tribe to share and integrate our experience.
